History

In 2005, Start Sober was born out of a deep concern for high school and college students trapped in the pervasive alcohol and drug scene. Too often, young people become entangled in a cycle of addiction that begins in these formative years, a cycle many struggle to break for a lifetime. Recognizing this challenge, we founded Start Sober to offer a powerful alternative—a vibrant, alcohol-free lifestyle that proves you can have a good time without substances.
